WHO ARE WE?
Established in Early 2010's SHPE FAU is an organization that focuses on empowering underrepresented young professionals within various minority communities. SHPE FAU changes lives by empowering the Hispanic community to realize their fullest potential and impact the world through STEM awareness, access, support, and development.

SHPE's mission is to promote the development of Hispanics in engineering, science, and other technical professions to achieve educational excellence, economic opportunity and social equity. Our Vision
SHPE's envisions a world where individuals of Hispanic heritage are held in high regard and wield significant influence as pioneers in fields such as innovation, science, mathematics, and engineering. Through its efforts, SHPE aims to empower and equip Hispanic professionals with the tools and resources necessary to excel in these industries, ultimately contributing to a more diverse and dynamic workforce. By championing this vision, SHPE strives to create a brighter future for Hispanic communities both within and beyond the United States.
